Refund policy

At Zaya, we only offer refunds for damaged items. If you receive a damaged product, contact us at zaya.kwt@gmail.com within 7 days with your order number and photos. Once approved, return instructions will be provided, and a full refund will be issued upon inspection. Refunds do not apply to wrong sizes, change of mind, or normal wear and tear. All other sales are final, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
